The sirkuit work with IC driver 7805 and follow down resistor 33 ohm and give zener dioda 3,6 volt for limiting voltage. Ampere can powerfull we using transistor NPN D 313 can use other tipe TIP 31C or TIP 41C. give a little heatsink for this transistor. Input voltage connect into battery on the car and give a fuse 2 A for protection. Output voltage 3.6 volt can you connect to line mobil phone battery.
